BMW 2.5 CS - 3.0 CSL




The BMW E9 was introduced in 1968 as 2800 CS wich had a six cylinder engine
with 170 HP. In 1971 BMW replaced the 2800 CS with a 3.0 CS with 180 HP and the
3.0 CSL with 215 HP. A few months later the 3.0 CSi with fuel injection and 200 HP
came available. The CSL also received electronic fuel injection. At the end of 1973
the CSL received a new engine wich now had 206 HP. In 1974 a 2.5 CS came
available wich had 150 HP. All models went out of production in 1976.
